Who does not love a good foot massage! Done properly, it is one of the great joys of life. It 'also very therapeutic reflexology school of thought.

It is thought that reflexology can relieve stress, promotes wellness and healing from a pressure on some areas of the hands and feet. Pressure, a reflection occurs in the nervous system to the corresponding organs and glands release of circulation and energy flow.

Although the practice ofMassage dates back to the, Egyptians and Native Americans Maya, it was not until 1917 that Dr Fitzgerald gave reflexology credibility. He called it Zone Therapy. Whatever you call it, we know how relaxing and enjoyable is to get a good foot massage. Even a completely untrained person can get a result of massage. But if you want help with some of the basic techniques, then here are some steps that will help one relax, relieve stress oreven pain.

Let the person enjoyed in a foot bath for about 10 minutes. You want to be sure that their feet are very clean before you start.

Set the mood with soft music and maybe some candles. I am the person that set your feet just beyond the edge of the bed. Place a rolled towel or pillow under your knees. Get a chair or stool, you may also be relaxed. Note: This is a foot at a time.

1 Wash your hands with soap and water and then apply massage oil.Start the top of the foot near the toes thumb and fingers on the bottom up. Make smooth movements upwards in the direction of the leg. Repeat this movement from 3 to 5 times.

2 Put your hands on both sides of the foot from near the heel. (The next move will be like washing your hands when he rubs his hands together as if you want to make the friction). Slowly and gently massage the sides of the feet (hands are in the opposite direction) and the worktoward the toes. Go to the end and then back down in a continuous fluid motion. Do this 3-5 times.

3 Now the toes. Start at the base of the big toe, practice a little pressure down and slowly push a movement upwards until you reach the top of the head. Repeat 3-5 times on each foot and do it.

4 If the person is not ticklish, then you can run your finger between your fingers. Do this 3-5 times.

Now you with 5-inchPressure on the bottom of the feet. Directly beneath the big toe is the round fleshy. Just below that is the beginning of the instep. Apply pressure, not too hard and make small circles. Going down to the heel in the continuous circular motion. Then move the backup. Do this 3-5 times.

6 Now do the opposite side of the bottom of the foot exactly the same.

7 You can now use the fleshy part just below the foot massage and do the same with theHeel.

8 Now I'm from the bottom of the foot and place your thumb on both sides of the soft fleshy part between the ankle and heel. Massage in small circular movements in a circle around the entire ankle. Do this 3-5 times. This is the 'knee point' that stimulates the male and female libido.

9 Repeat steps on every 8 feet.

And that's it! A great foot massage that can really help someone!
